What you'll do
- Configure and manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Administer Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco UCCX, and voice gateways
- Implement and support IP Telephony, SIP, H.323, MGCP, and VoIP technologies
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice call quality, connectivity, and performance issues
- Manage Cisco phones, dial plans, call routing, and voicemail systems
