What you'll do

• Analyse and recommend changes to compensation policies and practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in retail banking and loans
• Provide guidance to HR teams on C&B-related matters and resolve employee queries
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation trends for leadership review
