About the role

Transition | Transformation | Tools Deployment The Program Director is accountable for end-to-end leadership and delivery of DePuy healthcare programs covering service transition, operating model transformation, and enterprise tools deployment, ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and value realization in line with Johnson & Johnson standards.

What you'll do

• Own overall program strategy, roadmap, governance, and outcomes; act as single point of accountability
• Lead end-to-end DePuy service transition with minimal disruption; govern KT, access readiness, and handover
• Drive transformation initiatives including service stabilization, process optimization, automation, and cloud enablement
• Oversee deployment and adoption of ITSM, monitoring, automation, and reporting tools aligned to J&J standards
• Ensure adherence to J&J regulatory, security, quality, and audit requirements
