What you'll do

• Process inbound and outbound ACAT and Non-ACAT asset transfer requests accurately, ensuring all regulatory and client deadlines are met
• Handle end-to-end CD transfer requests including coordination with counterparties, maturity tracking, and settlement confirmation
• Execute internal journal entries for asset movement between accounts with full entitlement validation and position reconciliation
• Manage and resolve client and broker queries via phone and email, maintaining professional etiquette and SLA adherence at all times
• Monitor transfer queues and escalate exceptions, pending items, or discrepancies proactively to supervisors and relevant teams
