Capital Reporting Specialist

About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to build deep expertise in capital reporting within a global financial institution? We are looking for a Capital Reporting Specialist to support the calculation, analysis, and reporting of regulatory capital metrics while helping maintain a strong control environment and driving process improvements.

What you'll do

• Execute Capital, RWA, Leverage, and SCCL (Single Counterparty Credit Limits) calculations and reporting in line with regulatory requirements, policies
• Execute key controls across reporting processes, including variance analysis, reconciliations, adjustment reviews, and process documentation
• Support strategic change initiatives and operating efficiencies, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaboration with key stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned areas, providing guidance on calculations, reporting requirements, data sourcing, and data flows
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, strengthen controls, and improve data quality and efficiency
