Case/Contract Management Services Associate IV

About the role

This position requires significant in-depth knowledge and understanding of organizational operations around platforms and services supporting LCA’s solution offerings. An extensive amount of interface with multiple organizations is imperative - most importantly through interactions with the Finance, Billing & Pricing and Contracts, Systems and Client Services team.

What you'll do

• Work with designated client service manager and/or account manager to finalize invoices for submission to client
• Review and identify programmatic gaps in time billing and data unit capture systems, processes and methodology
• Ensure 100% completion of monthly invoicing for assigned inventory of clients and matters
