What you'll do

• Download and review daily bank statements, ensuring incoming customer payments are identified, processed, and allocated accurately
• Complete daily cash and AR reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly
• Investigate and clear unapplied and unidentified cash, obtaining remittance information where required and proactively managing aged items
• Monitor the Cash Applications inbox and other communication channels daily, responding to and actioning requests within agreed timelines
• Process customer account reallocations, corrections, credit note matching and other approved adjustments accurately and promptly
