Cashier

About the role

The Cashier is responsible for processing customer orders and payments accurately, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate cash and sales records. The role ensures a smooth and efficient billing experience while supporting daily restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Greet customers warmly and assist with billing and payment queries
• Operate the POS system to generate accurate bills
• Issue receipts and process refunds or discounts as per company policy
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash collections
