CAT Data Analyst

About the role

You will be part of the Natural Events team within AXA’s Group Risk Management, supporting the annual CAT modeling process and developing innovative data and modeling tools. Your role involves evaluating models, analyzing portfolio data, and contributing to the development of internal IT applications and natural hazard models, all while collaborating across the Group on climate and natural hazard challenges.

What you'll do

• Support evaluation of CAT models (e.g., RMS, Touchstone, ICM)
• Review and develop internal CAT model codes
• Create data products and perform portfolio data analysis
• Assist in developing and scaling natural hazard models (floods, earthquakes, wildfires, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and validation of the internal CAT IT ecosystem (Clymene, Notus, Rhea, GAIA)
