Category Demand Management (4+ Years)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented Category Demand Manager to join the FirstClub team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, category performance, and overall business impact for assigned product categories.

What you'll do

• Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets for assigned product categories and sub-categories
• Monitor and improve key business metrics including GMV, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and repeat purchase rates
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market trends, and customer demand patterns
• Design and execute promotional campaigns, offers, discounts, and category activations to drive sales growth
• Manage promotional budgets effectively while balancing profitability and growth objectives

What you need
