Category Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Category manager to build and scale our new line of business from the ground up. This is a 0→1 role with high ownership, where you'll be responsible for defining the category strategy, driving growth, and executing at a granular level. This is not a pure strategy role - we want someone who can think big but also get into the weeds.

What you'll do

• Directly engage with clients
• Drive new business development and key account growth
• Get into operational details - funnel, conversion, and execution
• Build scalable processes from scratch
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
