About the role

We are looking for an experienced Category & Ad Monetisation Lead to own the end-to-end category P&L while driving growth, profitability, pricing strategy, promotions, and retail media monetization. This leadership role will work across Category, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations to maximize revenue, improve margins, and build a scalable advertising business for the platform.

What you'll do

• Own the complete Category P&L, including revenue, profitability, and contribution margins
• Develop category growth strategies, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives
• Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional calendars while maintaining profitability
• Build and scale the retail media and ad monetization business through supplier-funded advertising opportunities
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Performance Marketing teams to improve category growth and conversion

What you need
