About the role

The Projects and New Initiatives team in Commercial Banking leads the design, development, implementation and adoption of digital solutions and process changes. The team collaborates with the coverage teams across segments to analyze ways introducing digital enablers which will help the coverage teams maximize their effectiveness.

What you'll do

Responsible for ideating, designing ad optimizing processes and products for the Commercial Banking Group
Working closely with external consulting teams on projects and new initiatives of the department
Driving impact for the business by executing digital transformation projects for different business segments
Responsible for development of content, formats, reports, presentations
