What you'll do

• Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs & market trends in MSME Business
• Lead & develop a high-performing team of CBRM’s to drive commercial banking business growth
• Achieve targets set for individual products like CA Balances ETB & NTB, Trade Forex, CMS & Cross-sell etc. through effective team leadership & guidance
• Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to enhance relationships and generate sustained business
• NTB Sourcing - Identify and convert potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration

What you need
