Convert growth ambitions into executable plans, targets and margin improvement Grow new and existing accounts through acquisition, penetration and cross-sell across offerings. Govern tendering, bid qualification, pricing and commercial decisions. Pursue high-potential opportunities aligned to profitability, execution capability and strategic priorities.

What you'll do

• Own revenue, profitability and growth across Man-guarding, SITC and ManTech
• Build partnerships with OEMs, technology providers and innovation ecosystems
• Lead companies shift to integrated, technology-enabled security solutions
• Drive go-to-market strategy across target sectors and customer segments
• Build a high-performing sales and business development organization
