CDD Analyst

About the role

Comfortable managing multiple CDD refresh streams and adapting to shifting priorities. Detail-oriented with a structured approach; proactive in identifying process improvements. Drives improvements in the CDD refresh process to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Conduct periodic and event-driven Customer Due Diligence (CDD) refreshes for both individual and corporate clients, including screening and reviewing for adverse media
• Review and update customer records in accordance with FCA guidelines, EU/UK AML directives, and internal risk policies
• Collect, verify, and assess KYC documentation (e.g., ID, address proof, ownership structures)
• Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening; escalate any hits or anomalies per escalation protocols
• Collaborate with internal teams and onshore teams to resolve any gaps or discrepancies
