CE Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules, and driving successful implementations for customers.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Field Service modules
• Lead requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, including: Field Service
• Configure and manage: Work Orders

What you need
