Consolidate insights from multiple business functions including Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. MBA-qualified professional with approximately 3-7 years of post-MBA experience. Background in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Growth Strategy, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Founder's Office.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the Founder & CEO
• Partner closely with the Founder & CEO to support strategic business priorities and critical decision-making
• Analyze business, operational, financial, sales, marketing, and people-performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Track business performance against key KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
• Evaluate marketing and sales initiatives, measure campaign effectiveness, and assess ROI
