CFCO - 1429 Operations Analyst

About the role

The Tier 1 Operations Analyst is a core member of FMG operations team a globally distributed team that keeps the engine of our customer’s supply chain running 24x7. This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for analytically minded graduates who want to build deep understanding of global food supply chain operations from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end P2P processes on the tech platform following globally standardised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Process purchase orders, order confirmations, invoice matching, goods receipts, and payment processing within defined SLAs
• Handle happy-path transactions and resolve minor exceptions (e.g. price variances within threshold, data corrections) without escalation
• Exception Identification & Escalation
• Identify transactions that fall outside SOP scope and escalate to Tier 2 specialists with clear documentation of the issue, actions taken, and recommended resolution
