About the role

We are looking for an experienced CFD Delivery Lead with 7+ years of experience in automotive simulation and team management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of approximately 10–12 parallel tasks through a team of CFD engineers, ensuring adherence to tight customer deadlines, stringent quality standards, and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What you'll do

Manage and monitor 10–12 parallel tasks, ensuring timely delivery within defined deadlines
Plan and track task progress, resource allocation, priorities, and delivery commitments
Maintain customer-defined KPIs and ensure quality standards are met
Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, resolve bottlenecks, and manage workload effectively
Review CFD deliverables and provide technical guidance to engineers
