About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the organisation's finance function and support its growth, financial strategy and long-term value creation. Key responsibilities will include: Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, business planning and overall financial performance. Strengthen internal financial controls, governance processes and enterprise risk-management frameworks.

What you'll do

• Oversee FP&A, management reporting, forecasting and periodic business-performance reviews
• Manage treasury operations, cash-flow planning, working-capital optimisation and banking relationships
• Oversee the debt portfolio, capital allocation and financing costs while supporting an efficient capital structure
• Ensure the timely preparation and sign-off of quarterly, half-yearly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit-rating agencies, auditors, legal advisors and other external stakeholders
