About the role

We seek a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial functions of a rapidly growing company portfolio organization, driving strategic financial planning, capital management, and operational excellence. The CFO will act as a key business partner to the CEO, Board, and leadership team, shaping financial strategy that aligns with aggressive growth ambitions and dynamic market conditions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to enable rapid scaling and long-term value creation in the Indian and global markets
• Advise the CEO and Board on capital structure, funding strategies, and financial risk management that reflect evolving market dynamics and regulatory requirements
• Lead strategic initiatives including fundraising, IPO preparations tailored for India’s capital markets
• M&A and Corporate Finance
• Lead end-to-end financial due diligence, valuation, and integration for domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
