About the role

We are seeking a strategic and result-driven finance leader to head the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves overseeing financial planning, compliance, reporting, and driving business growth through strong financial governance in a B2C environment (Automobile / FMCG).

• Define and drive the overall financial strategy aligned with business goals Partner with CEO/Board to support strategic decision-making and growth plans Lead budgeting
• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS
