Channel Manager APAC (Animal Nutrition)

About the role

The Channel Manager APAC is responsible for driving sales of the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio via direct sales and distributors across the APAC region. The role manages direct account and distributor relationships, ensures effective execution of the direct sales and distributor management strategy, and acts as the primary commercial and operational point of contact for distributors, including Solutions Company (SolCo)

What you'll do

• Manage and grow sales of the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio through assigned accounts and distributors in APAC
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts & distributors, building strong, long ‑ term relationships
• Serve as the operational point of contact in APAC with SolCo as distributor, resolving day ‑ to ‑ day operational issues
• Develops, implements, and executes the Distributor Management Strategy for assigned APAC territories
• Leads commercial & technical discussions with direct accounts & distributors, including pricing, volume planning, and portfolio focus
