About the role

The Channel Manager – Branch & Rural plays a pivotal role in enabling and enhancing the performance of the investment acquisition channel across geographies. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies that improve customer engagement, acquisition quality, and cross-sell effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Design and monitor channel execution strategies, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions
• Provide tools, enablers, and sales processes to support channel development
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services in line with channel plans and regulatory standards
• Drive central initiatives across products, services, campaigns, and business opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide regular insights to leadership on ground performance and suggest course corrections
