Channel Manager-NRI Alliances & Alternate Channels

About the role

The individual will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing partnerships with institutions and organisations that can serve as effective customer acquisition channels for the NRI Banking business. The role combines hands-on channel development and partner management with product strategy, market development and business growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• On-ground Channel Partnerships & Business Development
• Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with institutions, organisations and intermediaries that can drive NRI customer acquisition
• Build a strong network of on-ground sourcing channels across key Indian cities and international NRI markets
• Identify partnership opportunities with travel companies, immigration consultants, educational institutions, overseas employment networks, professional associations
• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiations, commercial structuring, onboarding, activation and ongoing relationship management
