About the role

In this role you will be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management

What you'll do

Be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan
Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
