The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily communities to large-scale office buildings in the United States and European markets, and range in value sizes from $25 million USD - $500 million+ USD.

What you'll do

• Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and analysis for assigned accounts
• Prepare, review, and post accrual and prepaid Journal Entries
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are appropriately resolved
• Review monthly Financial Statements and supporting schedules for accuracy
• Conduct Month-End and year-end closing activities

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• General ledger
• Accounting
• Bookkeeping
• Month-end close
• Reconciliation
• Financial reporting
• Chartered Accountant or CA Intermediate or CMA
