Chartered Accountant (VIP Road)

About the role

A Chartered Accountant with strong practical experience in accounting and taxation software, working closely with the Product and Development team. The role covers technical research, product improvement, competitor software analysis and functional QA, all from an accounting and taxation perspective A Chartered Accountant who handles and resolves the technical accounting and taxation queries raised by customers.

What you'll do

• Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, Income Tax and other relevant regulations
• Analyse recurring customer queries and help create FAQs, SOPs and knowledge resources for the support team
• Coordinate with the Product and Development team where customer queries call for product changes or improvements
• Keep the team updated on important changes in GST, TDS and other applicable tax and compliance provisions

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• GST
• TDS
• Tally
• Accounting
• Zoho Books
• Income tax
• Chartered Accountant

Good to have

• SOP writing
