About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Banquet Chef to lead and manage our banquet kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality food for weddings, corporate events, and social functions while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute banquet menus for events of varying scales and themes
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
• Manage kitchen operations during large-scale events and functions
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Service teams for seamless execution
• Maintain food cost control, portioning, and wastage management
