About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (Bakery) to join our culinary team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our bakery department, you will assist in directing and controlling bread and pastry production, ensuring the highest quality of baked goods while maintaining excellent sanitation standards and contributing to departmental profitability.

What you'll do

• Assist the Baker Chef in overseeing daily bread and pastry production
• Prepare a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
