10–12 years of relevant professional culinary experience.• Strong expertise in Pan-Asian cuisine.• Excellent knowledge of Burmese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine.• Strong hands-on experience in Sushi, Baos, and Ramen.• Good understanding of Asian ingredients, sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.• Ability to work in a professional, high-volume kitchen environment.• Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
