Strengthen brand presence across retail, Q-commerce, food service & international markets A successful Chief Business Officer should have: 18+ years of FMCG/Food industry experience with strong sales & business leadership exposure Proven track record of scaling FMCG brands/businesses nationally Entrepreneurial, execution-driven leader comfortable in high-growth environments

What you'll do

  • Work closely with founder & leadership on high-growth business expansion
  • Lead full P&L and scale a fast-growing premium FMCG brand nationally
  • Drive overall business growth, profitability & market expansion across GT, MT, E-commerce, Exports & Institutional channels
  • Lead Pan India sales strategy, distribution expansion & revenue acceleration initiatives
  • Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts & execution roadmaps
