About the role

The key responsibilities include: Lead the overall commercial agenda across the hospital network, encompassing sales, marketing, and business development. A successful Chief Business Officer should have: Strong experience across Sales & Marketing leadership. Proven exposure to Digital Marketing and lead-generation strategies.

What you'll do

• Build and scale institutional and corporate sales channels, including PSU and corporate partnerships
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
• Establish and scale high-performing commercial teams across existing and new locations
• Support the organization's greenfield and brownfield expansion plans
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across North India markets
