About the role

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory. Significant experience within Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, or Governance functions. Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or Financial Services organizations. Opportunity to lead the Compliance function for a growing NBFC.

What you'll do

• Lead the compliance function for a fast-growing NBFC
• Partner closely with the Board and MD to shape the governance agenda
• Lead and oversee the company's enterprise-wide compliance framework
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, PMLA, KYC/AML, FEMA, and other applicable laws
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive timely implementation of regulatory changes
