Chief Executive Officer

About the role

This is a high-impact, commercially driven leadership role reporting to the Board of Directors. The selected candidate will have full responsibility for defining and executing Generac’s strategy in India and for driving business development, managing sales operations, overseeing manufacturing, project and service operations, and delivering the overall financial performance of the legal entity.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the commercial and growth strategy for India, with a strong focus on market expansion, customer acquisition, and long-term value creation
• Lead the local sales organization and channel network, including key partnerships with distributors, strategic customers, and industry influencers
• Provide leadership oversight of manufacturing, project execution, and service operations, ensuring alignment between market demand, production planning
• Manage full P&L responsibility across sales, service, and production operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash management
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to align production capabilities, product offerings
