About the role

Oversight / Maintenance of Company Accounts and Audit and coordination with Statutory and Internal Audit teams in multiple overseas locations and India including those of Associates and Subsidiaries. Focusing on EBITDA improvement, cost efficiencies, and process controls. Steer the financial communications and disclosures with the Board, Audit Committee, Exchanges, Auditors, regulatory bodies, and the investor community during key corporate events

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its long-term goals
• Overseeing structured fund-raising and asset magnetisation strategies
• Managing corporate finance, treasury, taxation, legal, and commercial functions
• Ensuring compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations
• Overseeing the M&A portfolio for the corporation
