Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the export-import (EXIM) industry or a closely related international trade business . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing finance and accounting operations in an export-import business, along with expertise in taxation, foreign exchange management, banking, working capital, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

What you'll do

• Develop and present financial and tax strategies to the CEO
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage foreign exchange exposure, currency hedging, and forex risk monitoring
• Oversee export-import accounting, international trade transactions, and related financial operations
• Handle income tax, GST, and other taxation matters
