What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation
• Oversee preparation and timely submission of financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets and initiate corrective actions in coordination with departments
• Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other financial and regulatory requirements
• Lead direct and indirect tax planning, optimize tax liabilities, and manage assessments, filings, and audits
