About the role

Chief Manager - Production Support (Integration) at Euronet Worldwide. Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations across the Card and Switch domain, ensuring high availability, stability.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations across the Card and Switch domain, ensuring high availability, stability
  • Monitor and resolve day-to-day issues related to authorization, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation across card platforms
  • Act as the primary escalation point for incident management, ensuring timely analysis, root-cause identification, and permanent fixes
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Issuer/Acquirer Operations, IT Infrastructure, Network, Vendor Support, Fraud & Risk, and Business Teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, audit observations, and internal control processes within the card ecosystem
