About the role

This role is based in Bengaluru but is specifically designed to provide daily overlap with U.S. working hours. A typical work schedule is expected to be approximately: The primary objective of this position is simple: Make the CEO and the organization significantly more effective.

What you'll do

• Help the CEO manage time, information, communication, meetings, travel, priorities and follow-through
• Chief of Staff / Business Execution
• Help translate CEO priorities into action across the company, coordinate senior leaders, drive strategic initiatives and prepare the CEO for important decisions
• Becauserimarily operates in the United States, this role will be based in Bengaluru but will operate substantially during overlapping U.S. business hours
• This is an important part of the position
