About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff / Executive Operator to work directly with our CEO across multiple businesses and strategic initiatives. This is not a traditional administrative or project management role. We need a highly proactive, resourceful operator who can take ideas, priorities, and problems and turn them into completed outcomes with minimal oversight.

What you'll do

  • Make sure more important things get done without the CEO having to manage them
  • Executive Operations & CEO Leverage
  • Own and maintain a centralized system for tracking the CEO's priorities, commitments, follow-ups, and outstanding decisions
  • Prepare concise daily executive briefings highlighting priorities, decisions, deadlines, and potential issues
  • Identify work that can be eliminated, delegated, automated, or independently completed

What you need

  • 5–8 yrs of experience
  • Research
  • Process improvement
  • Project management
  • Any graduate

What you get

  • ₹15 L–₹25 L a year
