Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff (CoS) ensures operational continuity, strategic alignment, and cross-functional execution across the company — especially in the absence of the CEO and CTO. This role exists to make the organization run predictably, decisively, and smoothly — removing noise, maintaining rhythm, and enabling the leadership to focus on growth, technology, and strategic partnerships.

What you'll do

• Serve as the CEO/CTO's operational proxy for routine, transactional, and business-as-usual matters
• Represent the firm as the CEO's proxy at any of the events on-a-need basis
• Manage prioritization, coordination, and closure of key operational decisions across departments
• Drive meeting prep, follow-ups, and action tracking to ensure consistency and accountability
• Maintain visibility and control over core projects, metrics, and inter-departmental dependencies
