Chief of Staff, Office of CEO

About the role

We are looking for a high-ownership Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO to work closely with the Co-Founder & CEO across the company's most critical priorities. This is an operating and execution-focused role for someone who can take ambiguous objectives, create structure, coordinate stakeholders, identify blockers, and drive initiatives through to completion.

What you'll do

• CEO Priorities & Execution
• Translate CEO priorities into structured execution plans with clear outcomes, owners, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths
• Maintain visibility across the organization's highest-priority initiatives and ensure critical commitments are delivered
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, Design, Business, Partnerships, Operations, and external stakeholders
• Track commitments and dependencies across teams and ensure company-level priorities progress without replacing functional ownership
