Chief Operating Officer

About the role

This is a high-impact operational leadership role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Generac Captiva Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, project execution, service operations, and Environment, Health and Safety, ensuring that operational capabilities support the Company’s commercial strategy and growth objectives in India.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end operations of the Indian subsidiary, including manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, project execution, service operations
• Translate the Company’s commercial strategy and demand plan into an integrated operational plan covering capacity, production, materials, resources, inventory, projects
• Drive manufacturing performance through clear operating routines and key performance indicators focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning in coordination with the CEO, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other relevant functions
• Ensure robust project execution from order handover through engineering, procurement, production, installation, commissioning, and final customer acceptance
