Demonstrated success managing and scaling a ₹200Cr+ business or business unit. Proven P&L leadership experience with accountability for growth, margin, and profitability. Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, sourcing, supply chain, and commercial operations. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities with customers, principals, and leadership teams.

What you'll do

• Lead a ₹250Cr+ global P&L with significant growth potential
• Own the complete P&L for the Care Chemicals business, including revenue growth, profitability, working capital, and cash realization
• Lead a ₹250Cr+ international business with responsibility for delivering sustainable and profitable growth
• Define and execute medium to long-term growth strategies across key international markets including North America, Europe, and Latin America
• Build new customer relationships, strategic partnerships, distributor networks, and key account programs to accelerate global expansion
