Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

Looking for a passionate and experienced hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and execution. As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical roadmap, building and scaling our platform, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products. You will be responsible for all aspects of our technology strategy, from architecture and development to infrastructure and security.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the overall technology vision and strategy for the company
• Write the backend code initially
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our platform

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
