About the role

Be a part of executive leadership , answerable to the Board Members. A successful candidate in this role meets the following criteria- 10-15 years of experience , preferably from manufacturing background Experience handling s large team spread across different cities Open for frequent travel to multiple cities across India

What you'll do

  • Oversee Factory HR & IR
  • Oversee Corporate HR , including Culture, Performance, PMS, Succession Planning, C&B, HRBP, L&D and TA
  • Design the Org Structure
  • Lead a large team of 16 folks spread across different cities
