About the role

Strengthen Industrial Relations and employee engagement across manufacturing operations. Institutionalize structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and refresher training programs for operators and frontline employees. Enhance employee communication, culture, and workforce engagement initiatives. We're looking for someone who has: 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

What you'll do

• Report directly to the CEO and act as the lead people partner for the organization
• Drive HR transformation and organizational readiness aligned with future IPO requirements
• Build scalable HR frameworks, governance structures, and compliance mechanisms
• Develop strong relationships with local associations, ITIs, vocational institutes, and workforce ecosystems
• Build leadership development and capability-building frameworks for white-collar talent
