• Architect the entire people function from culture and org design to performance
• Lead from the front in a High-impact, founder-led environment
• Define and drive the overall people and culture strategy aligned with business goals
• Build a high-performance, founder-led culture across academic and non-academic teams
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and leadership hiring
